Tournament registration fees/deposits can be done safely and securely through our online registration system. Visa, Mastercard Credit cards and checks/money orders are accepted.
- Individual players that have registered for a tournament may withdraw between the date of their registration and 7 days prior to the event start date to receive a full refund of their individual player payment.
- Team captains are responsible for a complete roster of players and may substitute players who have withdrawn to maintain at least 13 paid players and the captain. The team captain may withdraw the entire team for a full refund of the team deposit 30 days prior to the tournament. If the entire team is withdrawn less than 30 days prior to the tournament, the team deposit is forfeited.

- Transaction ID number you received in your registration confirmation e-mail message, and
- Reason for the withdrawal.
Any refund given to a pre-registered team will be credited to the same form of payment used when registering within 5 business days of the date IHE received the emailed refund request unless the credit card charge is more than six months old. If the credit card payment is older than six months, the refund will be issued by check within 5 business days of the date IHE received the emailed refund request. If you paid by check, your refund will be issued by check within 5 business days of the date we received your emailed refund request.
